Pygmy Corys are one of the smallest Corydoras species, making them perfect for nano tanks. Despite their tiny size, they are lively and social, thriving in small schools.
Minimum Tank Requirements:
Tank Size: 30 litres or more
Temperature: 22-26°C
pH: 6.5-7.5
Tankmates: Great with other small, peaceful fish like micro rasboras, small tetras, and shrimp. Avoid larger or aggressive species.
Diet: Omnivorous. Feed them sinking pellets, micro-pellets, algae wafers, and occasional live or frozen foods.
Care Tips: Due to their size, Pygmy Corys are best in small groups of at least 6. They prefer well-planted tanks with plenty of hiding spaces.
