Pea Puffers are tiny, intelligent fish with big personalities. They are known for their curiosity and unique swimming patterns. Unlike most puffers, they are freshwater fish.

Tank Size: 40 litres or more
Temperature: 24-28°C
pH: 6.5-7.5
Tankmates: Best kept alone or in species-only tanks. They can be territorial and may nip at slow-moving or long-finned fish.
Diet: Carnivorous. They require live or frozen foods such as bloodworms, brine shrimp, and small snails to keep their teeth trimmed.
Care Tips: Pea Puffers need plenty of hiding spots, live plants, and a well-maintained tank. Regular feeding of snails helps prevent overgrown teeth.
