Butterfly Pleco (Dekeyseria picta)

Butterfly Plecos are beautifully patterned catfish that stay relatively small compared to other plecos. They are peaceful and excellent algae grazers.

Minimum Tank Requirements:

• Tank Size: 100 litres or more
• Temperature: 24-28°C
• pH: 6.5-7.5

Tankmates:
Good with peaceful community fish like tetras, rasboras, and dwarf cichlids.

Diet:
Omnivorous. Provide algae wafers, sinking pellets, and occasional fresh vegetables.

Care Tips:
They love hiding spots and caves. Provide a well-oxygenated tank with clean water and stable parameters.
